A note for myself that every method has an interesting common module, and I believe most of the human-created learning processes are if it’s not all.

It seems the process we use came from the way we learn things where we’re willing to give room for failure to get the desired result and categorize things.

A method of procedure that has characterized natural science since the 17th century, consisting in systematic observation, measurement, and experiment, and the formulation, testing, and modification of hypotheses.

The purpose of an experiment is to determine whether observations agree with or conflict with the predictions derived from a hypothesis.

A scientific approach to creating and managing startups and get the desired product to customers’ hands faster. The Lean Startup method teaches you how to drive a startup-how to steer, when to turn, and when to persevere and grow a business with maximum acceleration.

“Failures are inevitable when you experiment, but it is a trial-and-error process that gives results.”
― Haresh Sippy

Trial + Error = try again
Trial + Error = try again
Trial + Error = try again
Trial + Error = try again

Trial + Error = mastery

A systematic process for identifying “root causes” of problems or events and an approach for responding to them. RCA is based on the basic idea that effective management requires more than merely “putting out fires” for problems that develop, but finding a way to prevent them.

I personally use the 5 Whys technique for the problem run through.
