I received a text yesterday asking me to give an hour talk regarding the entrepreneurial mindset, and I wonder how others see and have thoughts about it.
For me, it’s just an urge to do something and make things better where no one could do it, and you believe that you’re the person to work on the problem then the rest will follow. As you know it might take more than just skill and ability to assemble thoughts to plan out what to do next in order to construct a new empire or even walk a little 1st step to develop a product to prove your concept.
These days there are so many Hackathon events in Thailand where it might not have many techies as before, instead, it hosts more business people who thought the event would be the place to meet Developer and Designer to create a new business. Sometimes people forget why they should tackle this way as startup for — impact.
So if you want to be an entrepreneur, the right way is to understand the landscape of what you‘re doing and why you actually do it, generally, successful entrepreneurs are hard workers, and they also enjoy what they are doing. They are dedicated, driven, and focused. They are goal oriented and have strong attention to detail.
collected some other people thought about the Entrepreneurial mindset & Entrepreneurial thinking:
Entrepreneurial mindset refers to a specific state of mind which orientates human conduct towards entrepreneurial activities and outcomes. Individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets are often drawn to opportunities, innovation, and new value creation. Characteristics include the ability to take calculated risks and accept the realities of change and uncertainty.
Entrepreneurial thinking is the ability to see things differently than the rest of the world but, it is not necessarily an inherent trait and can be easily developed or improved. It is more like a state of mind that opens your eyes to new learning opportunities and helps you grow in your role.
